I entered the wrong address, what do I do?

Orders are processed to our shipping team immediately. Please contact our support team at contact@inkandelectric.com as soon as possible. We will try our best to amend the order before it is shipped. Our team sometimes picks up obvious mistakes however we cannot accept liability for any order shipped to an incorrect address.

How long will my order take to ship?

We use Royal Mail Next Day Tracked and Signed service for UK delivery. If you order before 2pm Monday - Friday, you should receive your order the next working day. However, please allow at least 3 days for delivery.

If you are ordering from mainland Europe, America or Canada please allow at least 28 days for delivery. 

If you are ordering from anywhere not mentioned above lease allow at least 28 days delivery. 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email to tell you your order is on the way.

My order still hasn’t arrived, what can I do?

Please contact our support team at contact@inkandelectric.com and we will do our best to track your order down. We aim to reply to all queries within 24 hours.

I used a non tracked shipping option and my order hasn’t arrived, what do I do?

Ink And Electric does not accept any liability for undelivered orders when a non tracked shipping method is used. Please contact out customer service team at contact@inkandelectric.com and we will try our best to help you.


My order is damaged, what do I do?

The product I want to purchase is showing as sold out?

Sometimes some of our products are very popular and sell out very quickly, so you need to be quick to get your hands on them. Sometimes our products are ‘Limited Edition’ and so once they are gone they are gone. If the product is not a ‘Limited Edition’ product, we plan to add more stock as soon as possible.

Can I return or cancel my order?

Ink And Electric does not offer a returns policy, once an order is processed it cannot be cancelled.
